1. Does Revel Box ship as shown?

Yes! We make sure your products come as shown. Our boxes are carefully wrapped , and shipped in a shipping box, with packing paper to ensure it arrives just the way we sent it. Any Glassware will be wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure safety.

2. Are there prices or receipts shown anywhere?

Negative. We make sure all receipts are sent via email to whom made the purchase. We don't put price tags on our items, and most of our products do not have them as well. If there is a product that has one, it is very subtle.

3. How long does it take to ship?

Orders take 3-5 business days with standard shipping. We do offer expedited shipping if you need it ASAP. If orders are placed by 12pm EST, we ship it out that day. If not, it will be shipped the following business day.

4. What are your business hours?

We pack and ship boxes Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm EST, and are closed over the weekend. Don't worry we still answer emails over the weekend, please allow 24 hours for a response. We use the weekend to allow us to participate in special local pop ups in South Florida (if you're in the local area, come out and see us!) Any or all support is greatly appreciated.

5. What is the return policy?

We try to offer products that alomst everyone will love. Remember the person purchasing your gift put alot of thought into your box, with that being said all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.

6. Where do you ship?

Anywhere in the US!

7. My recipient never received my gift, but says it was delivered?

Revel Box will do everything we can to find out what happened to your gift within the shipping process by contacting the carrier. We will keep you updated with any information we acquire. This is a rare situation but unfortunately out of our control. Any stolen or misplaced items, will have to be filed through the claims department of the carrier and we will gladly do so on our end.

9. Do you switch out products regularly?

We sure do! We are constantly looking for new products and vendors to put inside our boxes. Don't worry, we promise to keep your favorite items on the site! If items are sold out, we apologize for the inconvenience and will restock ASAP. We will let you know when it has been re-added.

10. Where/who do you give your donated boxes?

We have partnered with the 'Maysea Movement' and will be using our 10% profit at the end of the year to donate multiple boxes to a village in Cangrejo, Nicaragua. Many of these children and families are not able to provide the resources to excel in school. We hope to enhance their learning experience and the supplies needed. Revel Box will also be volunteering with their school restoration project.

11. What makes Revel box different?

We are starting a #REVELution. Our cause is to go above and beyond simply donating items, we strive to promote optimism and social interaction through one another. Giving them postive words of encouragement and helping them build a sustainable life. We hope to give to more communities and make positive changes worldwide.

12. How can i get involved?

Revel Box is dedicated to bringing everyone together. So the more boxes we sell, the more we can give back to communities. Be apart of the #revelwithacause movement and help with our #REVELution.
